Joshua Fitch

Hailing from the sunshine state, Josh got his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Boulder.  Josh is passionate about entrepreneurialism as a means to create freedom and purpose in life, and takes pride in helping clients pursue those goals.  When he's not helping clients form, grow, and sell companies, Josh can be found in the mountains, either hiking up them or snowboarding down them.

Nicholas Troxel
Nicholas (Nick) was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he developed an intense passion for entrepreneurship. This interest led Nick to attend law school at the University of Colorado-Boulder, where he graduated in 2017. Nick is a sports fanatic, a lifelong Nebraska Cornhuskers football fan and an avid snowboarder.
